Treaty 1 and Dakota Territory, Homeland of the Red River Metis, Winnipeg MB – Manitoba NDP Caucus leadership has been updated with the MLA for Seine River, Billie Cross, to be the new Caucus Whip. MLA for St. Boniface, Robert Loiselle, will step into MLA Cross’ previous role of Deputy Caucus Chair. 

“An NDP government has made significant progress in the year since Manitobans entrusted us to rebuild health care and make a universal school nutrition program the standard across our province,” said Caucus Chair Mike Moyes. “Our team is looking forward to building a strong Manitoba with more good jobs and making life more affordable for families.”
