Jamie Moses was first elected as the MLA for St. Vital in 2019. Before becoming minister he passed legislation to recognize Emancipation Day in Manitoba and to establish anti-racism training for provincial employees.

Moses is a tireless advocate for safer sports and is passionate about helping young people reach their full potential. Moses and his wife are long-time residents of St. Vital and are raising their two children in the neighbourhood they love.

Moses acts as the minister of business, mining, trade and job creation.
