Jamie Moses was first elected as the MLA for St. Vital in 2019. He is Minister of Economic Development, Investment and Trade and Natural Resources. Before becoming minister he passed legislation to recognize Emancipation Day in Manitoba and to establish anti-racism training for provincial employees.

Moses is a tireless advocate for safer sports and is passionate about helping young people reach their full potential. Moses and his wife are long-time residents of St. Vital and are raising their two children in the neighbourhood they love.
